Kadyanda (ancient city of Cadianda)

Located 25 km from Fethiye, the ancient city is known as the last city to join the Lycian Union. The settlement dates back to the 5th century BC and after the excavations carried out by the Fethiye Museum, the agora, theatre, stadium, bath complex and monumental tombs of the ancient city were unearthed. The ancient city, which is open daily, is visited free of charge.

In order to visit the ancient city more easily, in 1992, a 2.5 km long walking and sightseeing path were built. You can drive to the village of Yeşil Üzlü and then reach the ancient city by walking 4 km. Visitors to the ancient city also enjoy a great view of Fethiye.

From April 15th to October 2nd between 09:00 and 20:00. From October 3rd to April 14th between 08:00 and 17:00.
