Located on the 12th km of the Milas-Söke motorway, the ancient city dates back to the 5th century BC. Among the ruins of the ancient city, which is seen even from the highway, the temple of Zeus and the inscriptions on the 8 pillars and columns on the façade of the temple show the names of the donors for the construction of the temple, while the other ruins can be seen as walls, theatres and sarcophagi.
Visiting hours of the ancient city: From April 15th to October 2nd between 08:00 and 19:00. From October 3rd and April 14th between 08:00 and 17:00, it can be visited free of charge.
