The ancient city of Pednelissos is located 2 km east of the village of Kozan in Serik, on a hill of 650 meters high, known as Bodrumkaya. The ancient city of Pednelissos, which was first visited by researchers in 1914, contains temples, baths, alabastron reliefs, grave structures, sarcophagi and the remains of the sanctuary. One of the most important buildings of the ancient city is the three-storey Hellenistic style market building. In the Roman period, the first floor of this three- storey building was equipped with benches and used as a place to sell products, while the second floor was used as a depot and the third floor as an agora.
Pednelissos Ancient City is a Pisidian city and it is located between Sagalassos Ancient City and Adada Ancient City. In the archaeological excavations in the ancient city and still continuing, ceramic pieces produced in the vicinity of Perge and Sagalassos were found. Pednelissos Antique City is 75 km away from Antalya and it is possible to walk by land vehicles.
