Akyaka, where all shades of blue and green are seen, has many options if you’d like to swim. You can swim in the fresh waters of the Azmak River or if you prefer you can swim in the salty waters of the Akyaka beaches.
Akyaka Beach (Akyaka Public Beach)
Akyaka beach, also known as Akyaka public beach, is 250 meters in length and 15 meters in width and is one of the most preferred swimming areas of Akyaka. The shallow sea constitutes an important factor in the preference of families with children and physically disabled people. Access to the beach is free of charge and toilet, shower and cabin service is also provided free of charge, sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for a fee. Restaurants and cafes on the beach provide anything you need.
Akçapınar Village Beach
At the other end of the Akyaka coast, there are kite surfing facilities and a second beach you can visit on the route of Akçapınar beach connected with a wooden bridge. For those travelling by car, parking is charged at the entrance to the beach, while sunbeds and umbrellas are charged at the beach.The beach, also known as a kite surfing beach, has a 3 km long beach. There are also all kinds of facilities to provide food, beverages and toilets. And when the wind starts blowing from the sea to the land the whole beach is surrounded by the most colourful kites.

Located 3 km from the centre of Akyaka, Cinar Beach has a beach with small pebbles. After a few meters into the sea, the water is a little colder than Akyaka beach due to the cold water entering the sea near the beach. Access to the beach is provided with a fee and sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, toilets and cabins are provided free of charge. There is also a facility near the beach to meet the needs of the visitors. Cinar beach is located near the city so people who wish to walk can walk there and return by foot, and is waiting for its visitors with its clean sea.

The Albay Bay, which is reached by descending several stairs, has a cool and deep-sea structure. It is suggested that people who wish to go to this bay, which seems to be hidden among the pine trees, should bring camp chairs, food and drinks. The bay, which has a small cage under the pine trees, has a very calm and quiet environment. The bay is located near the forest camp and can be reached by foot through the forest.
