Rafting in Artvin is made in the Çoruh river which is the fastest flowing river in the world, Turkey’s most challenging river with a total length of 483km.The rafting championships in Turkey are held here regularly each year. Starting from the last week of May, both rafting and canoeing can be done in the Çoruh River during June, July, August and September. The course is located within the boundaries of Yusufeli and has a magnificent view of nature compared to other rivers where parkour rafting is made.
