The International Antalya Sand Festival is held on an area of 8 thousand square meters on Lara beach
with the participation of nearly 30 sculptors and sand artists from more than 10 countries. The sand
sculptures are more than five meters in length, and they are visited by thousands of people every year.
Turkey has many well-known themes of the movie character study and sculptures made from more than
10 thousand tons of river sand brought from various regions. The area where the sculptures are made
using only water and sand can be visited between 09:30 and 23:00 during the summer months, and
between 09:00 and 19:00 in the winter.
Those who want to go to the area where sand sculptures are can use the buses KC33, KC35A, VL13A,
MC12A, TC16, LF09, LF10, LC07, LC73, 511, AC03. Parking is also available for those who wish to travel by
private car.
