Kastabos (Castabus) Ancient City is a city built on the Eren Mountain to the south of Hisarönü village on the Marmaris-Datça road. Transportation to the city is provided by car up to Hisarönü plain and the rest is reached by foot. Among the remains of the ancient city, which is estimated to have been the first settlement year in the 4th century BC, include the columned temple, the temple foundation, walls and the ruined theatre, whose identity is not exactly known.
