It was built to the north of the theatre terrace so as to dominate the whole area. Along with the altar, the temple has been well protected and has survived to the present day and has influenced the European Baroque architecture along with the Roman art approach. It is estimated that the temple was founded in the 3rd century BC and the ruins on the temple indicate that the temple was also used in different periods.
