Alanya is a seaside city and there are many beaches around. With its fine sandy beaches stretching for miles and its magnificent sun, the beaches of Alanya promise a unique day to its visitors. Access to the beach and shower is free and sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee. It is forbidden to enter boats and water sports vehicles within the designated areas on the beaches and swimming areas are determined by barriers. The security of the beaches is supervised by the private security officers from the shore and the sea police from the sea.
Most of the beaches in Alanya have blue flags because of their clean seawater, clean beaches and service quality. The turquoise colour of Alanya can be seen even in the deep blue waters of the bottom with the naked eye.
To the west of the city centre Damlataş and Cleopatra beaches and to the east Keykubat and Orange beaches are located. Alara, Ulas, Brick, Incekum, Avsallar, Turks, Payallar, Konakli; Oba, Tosmur, Kestel, Mahmutlar, Kargicak and Demirtas beaches are the famous beaches of Alanya outside the city.
Ulaş Beach
It is located in the west of Alanya, about 6 km from the centre. There is also a park for resting and picnic around the beach, which is free of charge. The beach is reached by descending the stairs on the rocky slope from the area where the park is located. The beach, which has a clean and golden sandy beach, also offers a magnificent view of Alanya castle. There are regular public transport services from the city centre, as well as private vehicle access to the beautifully landscaped surroundings.
Alara Beach
The beach, which is 2 km long, extends from the beginning of Alara Stream to Karaburun Bay. Access to the beach is regulated in international standards and sunbeds and umbrellas are provided at a charge. The beach has a shower and toilet service, as well as a restaurant and buffets to cater to guests’ need to eat and drink.

Located 16 km west of Alanya, the beach is located between the Ince Kum promontory and Fugla Bay. The beach, which is three kilometres long, has a coastal structure made up of fine sand. The cliffs at the end of Avsallar beach offer scuba diving and snorkelling opportunities. Beach access, shower and toilet services are provided free of charge, while sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee. There are also businesses around the beach to meet the food and drink needs of visitors.

Located approximately 10 km west of Alanya, Konakli has a coastline of up to 10 kilometres in length. Although there are rocky places along the coastline, there is a sandy coastal structure. Access to the beach is free of charge shower and toilet service is provided free of charge, sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for a fee.

Demirtaş neighbourhood, which is 25 km away from the centre of Alanya, has a clean and big beach. Demirtas beach has a slightly more calm environment compared to the beaches in the centre of Alanya. It is very easy to reach the beach with Demirtaş minibuses departing from Alanya. Entry to the beach is free of charge, sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee.

Fuğla Beach is located in a bay 20 km west of Alanya. Despite having a sandy structure, rocks can be found in the nose section. Shower and toilet service is provided free of charge on the beach, while umbrellas and sun loungers are available for a fee. There are also businesses providing food and beverage services at the beach which is reached by minibuses departing from the centre of Alanya.
