Bebekli Church

The church built in 880 on behalf of St. Paul is located in Tepebağ district. Although it was an Italian Catholic church, today it is used by both Catholics and Protestant community. It was named after the bronze doll in the hands of the 2.5 meters tall statue of the Virgin Mary. The church, which is within walking distance to the Kazancılar Bazaar, is closed on Sundays.
