Selahaddin Eyyubi Mosque

Selahaddin Eyyubi Mosque, one of the most sacred buildings of the city, is located in the city centre on Governor Fuat Bey Street. Traces of two shrines can be seen in the architecture of the mosque, built between 900-1250 on the ruins of the church.

The tomb, also known as the ordeal cave, is believed to have retreated and worshipped God as a result of the leprosy disease of the prophet Job, and he worshipped God and eventually healed his health by drinking the healing water sent to him.
